TUESDAY Learn about Different Types of Cats. Print some out to color. Pretend to Be a Cat: Have fun meowing and with cat toys, empty cat food boxes, bowls, blankets, etc. WEDNESDAY Teach this Jacob and Esau Lesson from Mission Arlington. Choose one or more activity to do. Teach this Joseph's Coat & Dream Lesson from Mission Arlington. Choose one or more activity to do. THURSDAY Color this Hey Diddle Diddle, the Cat and the Fiddle color page. Use Cat Collars With Jingle Bell to shake to a rythm (find at the dollar store).
FRIDAY Help the children use scraps of yarn to create a Yarn Collage. Play Yarn Ball Toss by putting a laundry or other type of basket on the floor. Try different distances of tossing the ball in the basket. SNACKS & ALTERNATE ACTIVITIES

Find three pairs of mittens or cut out from three different colors of felt. Help the children to find the matches of the Three Little Kittens' Mittens. Sing The Farmer in the Dell. In The Cat in the Hat book, the Cat does a lot of balancing. Show the children how to stack blocks or other toys to practice their balancing.
