Crockpot Recipes

For most of these meals I put together ahead of time. If I have a lot of chicken or beef, I make up the recipe, put in the freezer for later. I take it out of the freezer the day before to defrost in the fridge. This lets it marinate over night and adds flavor. Other times I usually put together the recipe in the crockpot the night before and let it marinade over night.

Many of these recipes, how to cook in bulk, and more are in my
Cooking Leftovers On Purpose Cookbook.
